Spook-Tacular!!

Hi everyone,

Halloween is one of my favourite occasions - next to Christmas of course.  Me and my husband host an annual Halloween party and have done so since we had the keys to our own house. Sadly, this year we will not be having our party.  It's just SOO sad for me (tear!)  We are moving and need to have the entire house in storage shortly after Halloween.  Then we head off to Jamaica for my BFF's wedding!  So much exciting things happening around here.

Halloween for me is so much about decorating.  We love making our house all spooky and creating interesting edibles that have many questioning what is in them!  Once my husband and I finish decorating the inside of the house we move outside and just keep going!  To get my fix of Halloween decor and treats I am  dedicating this post to HALLOWWEEENN INSPIRATION!  I can't even begin to tell you how much I love the creative thought that went into these parties.   Hopefully all you readers out there can get some wonderful ideas for your own halloween parties.  If you do use some of these ideas - please send me an email with a pic or many pics - I would love to see how they turned out.  It may even cure my  Halloween blues :(

The first party is from an amazing designer A to Zebra Celebrations.  The printables were provided by TomKat Studio.  Gorgeous!  More photos can be found at the link below:  http://atozebracelebrations.blogspot.com/2010/11/halloween-glam-party.html

I had to include this little guy!  SO funny!!  I bet the dip tastes wonderful lol!!

NO party inspiration is complete without something from www.hostessblog.com.   This party site has become more important then facebook to me! It's always filled with amazing ideas and something definitely worth bookmarking if you love to entertain.

Sweets Indeed created this next Halloween Party.  A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
Sweets Indeed specializes in Candy and Dessert Stations.  Check out their site: http://sweetsindeed.com/blog/

Personal sized Creme Brulee!! Seriously!??!  WOW!

Im not sure where to find these mini coffin boxes but I am on a mission to find out.  By next year you can guarantee they will be on my halloween dessert display in our new house even if I have to make them myself!

This next party (MY FAVOURITE!)  was designed by the ladies at Anders Ruff.  Fabulous printable company.  Their work amazes me every time.  The cobweb backdrop is perfect and what an impact it makes!  Their website is definitely worth a visit!

Cupcakes in a jar!  Super easy and topped with chocolate spider webs!

This little girl is absolutely adorable!  Although, she does not look to afraid!!

The vintage typewriter served as the centrepiece on the table and held pumpkin and owl cookies along with some spooky witch spells!

Please remember - if you try out some of these ideas send me some pics! I would love to post them on my blog and if not I would love to just see some :)

Happy Halloween everyone!
